Payments at Spinwiz: deposits, withdrawals and the limits to set first
This section explains how money moves in and out of a Spinwiz account and, just as important, how to keep that movement under your control. We are an independent guide, not the operator, so we cannot promise which methods your cashier will show: that depends on where you play from and on your account. What we can do is describe how each payment type behaves, where the usual friction sits and what to confirm on screen before you press «confirm».
Two pages cover the full journey: how to deposit step by step, and how withdrawals work, including what a pending request means. The method pages below go into the details of each option.
Payment methods you may find in the cashier
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | What to check first |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Common | Depends on the issuer | Whether your card can receive payouts |
| Mastercard | Common | Depends on the issuer | Bank blocks on gambling transactions |
| Bank transfer | Usually available | Usually available | Account name must match yours |
| Skrill | Country-dependent | Country-dependent | Wallet verified in your own name |
| Trustly | Country-dependent | Country-dependent | Your bank is supported |
| Paysafecard | Prepaid voucher | Normally via another method | Where winnings will be sent |
| Bitcoin | If offered | If offered | Network, address and fees |
| Other crypto | If offered | If offered | Which coin and which network |
The labels in the table describe how these methods typically behave at online casinos, not a confirmed Spinwiz list. Methods, minimums, maximums and fees depend on your country and account, so the cashier is the only source that counts.
How the cashier usually works
A deposit is normally credited within minutes for cards, e-wallets and instant bank payments, and after network confirmations for crypto. A withdrawal is a different process: the operator reviews the request, may ask for documents, and only then releases the money to your bank, card or wallet. That review is why the two directions rarely take the same time, and why a withdrawal can sit in a «pending» state for a while without anything being wrong.
Before your first deposit
Minimum amounts
Each method has its own minimum deposit, shown in the cashier next to the method. Read it there rather than on a promotional banner, and remember that a bonus may require a higher minimum than the method itself. If the smallest accepted deposit is more than you planned to spend this week, that is a reason to wait, not to stretch.
Currency and conversion
If your account currency differs from your card or bank currency, a conversion happens somewhere: at the operator, at your bank or at the payment provider. Each step can add a margin. Check the account currency during sign-up and keep it the same as your bank account where possible; it also makes your spending easier to track.
Before your first withdrawal
Verification
Operators normally confirm your identity and age before paying out. Expect to provide a photo ID, sometimes a proof of address, and proof that the payment method belongs to you. Completing this early, before you have a balance you are impatient to receive, removes the most common reason for a stalled payout.
Names and ownership
The name on the casino account, the card, the bank account and the e-wallet should be the same person. Payments from a partner's or friend's account are a frequent cause of refunds and closed accounts. Use only methods registered to you.
Speed and fees
Processing time and any fee are shown, or should be, before you confirm a withdrawal. Some operators charge for very frequent or very small cash-outs; banks and crypto networks may charge on their side. If the cashier does not show the amount you will receive, ask support before confirming.
Set the limit before you pay, not after
Payments are where control is easiest to lose: a saved card and a one-tap deposit button make the next top-up feel weightless. Before the first deposit, choose a deposit limit in the account settings, keep gambling money separate from money for bills, and never borrow to fund a balance. If you notice you are reversing a pending withdrawal to keep playing, treat it as a warning sign. Our limits and self-exclusion guide shows the tools to look for, and responsible gambling explains how to recognise when play has stopped being fun.
